Adult Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups

Starting October 1st: Thursdays at 10:00 am for 1 hour each week for 10 weeks


Facilitator: Jane Alber, LIMHP


Pre-registration is required. Spots are limited. 


Accepted Insurances: Medicare, Molina Medicaid, United Healthcare Medicare, TotalCare Medicaid, and most commercial/PPO plans.


 No insurance or other plan; self-pay rate is $35/session.
