Group Therapies

Adult Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups

Thursdays at 10:00am or 6:15pm for 1 hour each week for 12 weeks


Facilitators: Jane Alber, LIMHP & Summer Melroy, PLMHP


Pre-registration is required. Spots are limited. 


Accepted Insurances: Medicare, Molina Medicaid, United Healthcare Medicare, TotalCare Medicaid, and most commercial/PPO plans. No insurance or other plan, self-pay rate is $30/session.
