Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, team-oriented, and self-motivated part-time and/or full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team and group practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic techniques, a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally, an optimistic outlook, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care with a rural, individualized, grassroots approach. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, refer to appropriate community resources, and provide individual therapy in an outpatient setting.

Opportunities for providing therapy services onsite at local nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Central Nebraska, if desired.

This is a 1099 contractor position.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a mental health professional (PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LISCW) is required.
• Strong skills in crisis management and behavior management techniques.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings is a plus.
• Ability to provide culturally competent care that respects diverse backgrounds.
